Who is James Rand?
I created TrailBlaze Fitness because I believe that fitness should be as unique as you are. As an ACE-certified personal trainer based in Los Angeles, my focus is on helping clients achieve their goals through training that feels approachable, sustainable, and rewarding—without the need for a traditional gym. I specialize in functional movement and kettlebell training, blending strength, balance, flexibility, and power to create a balanced approach that fits seamlessly into your life.
Through personalized, in-person sessions or remote coaching with the miindbody program, I’m here to guide, support, and empower you on your fitness journey. Whatever your goals, my aim is to help you move confidently, feel stronger, and find joy in a routine that works just for you.
